In my opinion the expat is highly underrated, because of quotes as "They are only here temporarily" or "They are here just for the money".
Real estate agents sometimes forget that moving to a new country is one of the most stressful times there can be for a family. Yes, a family because most of the time the whole family moves together to discover the new opportunities here in The Netherlands.
